Mona Christensen and Jan Faye, A Catalogue Raisonné of the Works of Vilhelm Petersen, 1990 no. 107. The present painting is a study for the painting “Parti ved fiskerlejet Dyreborg på Fyn”, bought by Kunstforeningen in 1847, registered as no. 147 in the Catalogue Raisonné.
